Liverpool V. Celtic is on TV tonight! this is the sort of news I needed on this drab Monday.
In no mood to be here today at all. The recruiter called back saying my outrageous salary demand was 'in range' and she wanted to proceed. I guess this is good news, but I still want to see about that other one before I pull the trigger.
I think what's so sad about Leshia leaving is it really drives home the reality that things here have changed for good. She had been here for over five years and was happy until recently. I knew we'd all been looking and even interviewing, but now the ice is broken and someone has actually jumped. I feel like this will only be the begining of an exodous. For me it was just one of those moments when you know things will never be the same again.
My brother burned me the SCTV discs which was very nice of him, since there is no way I can afford it right now with the move and all.
Forgot my cds today. : (

Ok I am a rat for not telling a good friend about this, I guess I didn't want anyone to feel like they were expected to read it.
I always hated those press releases people would send out around the holidays 'johnny is in medical school now and I'm off the vallium' type stuff photocopied and mailed to everyone. But now I think if you do the same thing and call it a blog, it's a brilliant idea!
